Got my 2nd Xbox today at 9pm EST... I'm writing this at 11:30PMEST after a successful xbit & 250GB HD install. The xbox is currently copying games onto the new HD.
Only had 1 problem with the xbit and some fraging, but I went back and cleaned off D0 and she works like a charm. Currently using the pogo pin install, but I plan to replace the IDE cable with an ATA100 one and solder the wires in for a wire install next.
