Matrix On A 1.0 Xbox Problems

Hey guys,  I'm working on a Matrix flashed with Xecuter2 4983_67 on a 1.0 Xbox with a Maxtor 250gb hard drive.  His problem is that the games or apps wouldn't load, just got stuck on the boot screen and went back to the main menu after a while.  OK, easy fix... so I thought.   I delete his E:/Cache, X: files, Y: files, and Z: files, and turned off IGR and TSR.  Now when I boot it up, it shows the Xbox logo and the Xecuter2 logo and just sits there.  I've tried many different BIOSs, like Evox 2.5 and earlier versions of Xecuter, and still it's doing the same thing.  What's going on?
