Power Problem

I've seen this before with a matrix.  what it sounds like is that the matrix may have damaged the topside d0 causing the frag.  if you remove the matrix..does it boot?  if not, my guess is the topside d0 has a problem.

ive had my matrix installed for about 2 years and ive had this problem since day one........i THINK it might be that the matrix for some reason is causing the xbox to overheat............thru xbmc ive compared my temps to my buddys box which is running with a xenium and mine is a few degrees over so what ive done to fix this ive made xbmc my dash and changed the fan speed to about 40% and it seems to cool the box off quite a bit..........my xbox rarely frags and if it does i let it sit about 5 mins and works fine..........
