I was not meaning he had to read all the guides, just implying there are many out there that are available for you to educate yourself before you ask for help on a problem, rather than asking what to do.

Everything is explained in the guide. If you have specific questions after reading the guide I can help you out with those. The perfered method of flashing is from http. No disks to burn and you can select any bios on your PC. Use the 2 x 256k banks and keep in mind you can boot one and flip to the other. Always select the proper bios for your version of xbox and keep flashing a single bank until it's successful. That way you'll always have a bank that boots.
