Duo-x Flashing Red/green Light

Okay I have a version 1.1 Xbox using the duo-x mod chip. There are times when I turn on the X-box it flashes green/red and doesnt boot up to the dashboard. If I power it on and off several times it eventually boots up to the dashboard and everything works normally. SOMETIMES when it boots successfully after the green/red light flashes the time and date are screwed up and there are times when the time and date are fine. Can someone tell me what's wrong with the X-box?

The problem is with the install. re-do the soldering and connections.
