Might I say the eject led is 3mm so there will be a problem... you'll have to work and cut on your xbox to get the 5mm led's to work.

yeah, I saw that site like a week ago, has anyone tried it? I want to do a jewel mod and I dont want to buy radio shack's $4 leds.  Funny story...maybe someone knows why, I thought I new something about circuits but I guess not, eventhough its my major and all.  My bro bought 6 blue leds(5mm, 4 with a 3.3v max(i think) and 2 with 4.5v max).  I connected them(the 4 3.3v) to the 5v powerline using 100ohm resistors, and the 2 4.5v leds using 2 100ohm resistors in parallel, which i thought means the resistance would equal 50ohm.  Plug them in, the 4 3.3v are bright, the 2 4.5v are dim and I can barely tell they are on.  Hmmm. so I say, ok, too much resistance on those, I take out the resistors, so now there is 0ohms, plug em all in, smoke and pop on the 4.5v leds, other 3.3v leds are fine and dandy, needless to say, my brother has only 4 leds right now, but it still looks good.  So why did the 4.5v pop?

i once paralleled 24 leds so there'd be 3.5V going through each and with me being me i got distracted and (without even thinking) hooked them up to a 12 volt supply coming out of the wall.

scared me shitless.

as far was blueleds.tk is concerned i've bought from them twice so far and been pleased both times...  they're true to their word shipping-wise and product-wise
