80mm Led Fan In Back Of Xbox
« on: March 19, 2005, 03:29:00 PM »

I'm putting an 80mm 4 Blue Led fan in my xbox in replace of the stock fan. Should I put the fan so it is sucking air into the xbox and blowing onto the hd and cpu, or blowing out the back?

Thanx in advance

wow, fast response, lol

Thanx, why is it so important for it to be blowing out? also, is there a way to fit another 80mm fan INSIDE the xbox case, so you could have one blowing in and one out?

Haha alright, thanx for the help, it's much appreciated!

Also, if you really have nothing else to do, then you should add some comments to this thread for me!

Haha, NIIIICE now that's an alternative cooling method, lol!

I dunno if I'm going to take that route, as I would rather have all the fans inside, that's what I'm trying to figure out. Also I wanted to put a fan where the jewel is, but it just looks to bulky to me...

I like this one, but where the hell is all that air going in the xbox with the dvd and hd trays in? And if you take them out, where do the hdd and the dvd drive go? How does that work out? Pics?

You could always have it blowing in then take out your jewel and put a fan on top of the Xbox blowing out for a full circulation smile.gif
