Backup Wont Eject To Home Screen

I managed to load my backup with XBMC and I cant seem to eject the game at all in order to bring back the home screen of XBMC! Other softmods I have done would do this no problem, but this one wont! I have to turn off the xbox in order to get back to the homescreen
