Iron Pheonix

Iron Pheonix freezes after the beging  intro is over. Has anyone had the same problem with Iron Pheonix, and if so how to correct the problem. Tried clearing the cache and the save it made. I have older box live wasn't on it at first.250gig
HD,Xenium Ice chip and a Philips drive in it.
