9.9 times out of 10 it will be a media issue. It would be a good idea to check out Jesterraces777's guide to media to help you decide which type to go for.

Maxrep: Sorry mate I have no knowledge of the procedure of transferring files to the xbox harddrive as I have never upgraded my xbox harddrive. Hopefully someone who knows something about the procedure will respond. I'd also advice you to open a new thread or do a serach. I'll also take a look into it myself and see what I can find out but I can't promise anything I'm afraid.

Maxrep: Just to confirm a few details b4 I try and find the answer to this. Are you doing the following?

Trying to tranfer files from a game in the xbox dvd drive to the xbox harddrive. If so what programme are you using?

OR

Trying to tranfer xbox game files from your PC to your xbox harddrive using Flash FXP? If so are you trying to transfer them in ISO format or original format? Are you using a different programme to FLASH?

wink.gif  This is yet another example of a noob who got things up and running using a certain method and automatically considers himself an expert on the subject.  The method probably does work but I would trust the pinned topics and FAQs long before trusting some noob's idea.  They have withstood the test of time. wink.gif

Yes the method does work and pretty flawlessly in my opinion I have never ever had a game that doesn't work using this process. And if other people do have problems with it I will endevour to try and get it resolved (no matter how trivial it is). And yes I was pretty new when I came up with the idea but the positive response I have had to it greatly exceeds that for most posts on this forum.
