Can Someone Help Me With Primo

im using primodvd and i have a cd burner, everytime i try to burn a game with it i get the same error, and when i try to use nero the only way i can get it to burn is if i turn multisession off

can someone give me instructions on how to burn a game with nero
and what might the problem be with primodvd thanks
