Well, needless to say, this one ended up on a CD-RW, since I could NOT get this one to work on a menu.

I burned three DVD-RWs attempting to get this game to run with the menu, and none of them worked. Main XBE was "default.xbe" and I had directory names of "GUNVALKYRIE" and "GUNVAL" each time the game was in the middle of the menu. When selecting the game, I never even get the "Wait" screen. The system just locks.

I double checked the XDI file and the subdir name was fine, as was the executable name.

This is the first out of 5 DVD combos I've burned with this problem. Oddly enough, when I boot to the Evo-X dashboard and use boXplorer to look on te hard drive, I can navigate to it and execute/play the game PERFECTLY.

I ended up burning to a CD-RW, and of course, the game runs PERFECTLY from that as well.

If this was a symbolic link problem, why did it work correctly when playing from boXplorer in the DVD-RW subdir?
