Loading Xbmc Using X3 Ce Chip

Ok so i just finished installing the X3 chip and I loaded the bios and everthing works. How do you get XBMC on the box. I already have the latest version on a dvd. I thought all you add to do was insert the dvd and it would start to load. I know this is a newb question, but please help.
