Adding Other Rss Feeds To Xbmc
« on: April 17, 2006, 11:23:00 AM »

I do suspect other people have already done this, but since I personally am having a hard time finding anything helpful(for me), I decided to just ask it in a new thread:
does anybody know how you can add other RSS feeds to the xbox media center's scrolling RSS feeds it gets when connected to the internet.
is there any xml file I have to put in the links to the feeds?(e.g. if I wanna put in http://www.maxconsole.net/rss/maxconsole.rss)
thx in advance people.

P.S.: I know it sounds really stupid, my question, but I honestly haven't got a clue.

Just edit your XBoxMediaCenter.xml file. There should be a section headed <rss>

In this section type :

<feed updateinterval="30">http://www.maxconsole.net/rss/maxconsole.rss</feed>
