I've read that you have to have your wmv files converted to use the v8 codec and that the audio can stay at v9. The thing is that even after I changed everything I get wonderful pictures but mo sound. In fact most of my game previews and intro movies that are in WMV format do not have sound. However all the XMV files seen to work???

Ok these are the specs of the file

320 kbps, 44 kHz, stereo 1-pass CBR
640 x 480
1.03 Mbps bit rate
4:3

This plays in Unleash X but no sound

Any ideas why this isn't working and also why all off the other WMV files seem to have the same problem???

Lastly, if I have to convert them to XMV file where on earth do I fing a converter
