Xbox With Xbit
« on: May 30, 2012, 03:34:00 AM »

If your dashboard is Evox, and your chip is Xbit, why have you posted in the UnleashX section?

1. HeXEn (Google Heimdall's Xbox Engineering Disc), or Slayers, or AID
2. Depends on your Xbox version, but one of the two X2.5035 variants would be ideal. BIOS Checker can help you find out what's on there. However, to program the Xbit you need to connect it to your PC via USB and a separate Xbit-specific USB programmer board, so none of the boot discs will help you. Have a look at this table and these pictures.
3. 2TB with a SATA-IDE adapter, but only some adapters work on an Xbox.

Just one thing to add..

your bios needs LBA48 support to be able to utilize larger hard disks. your 120gb is right under the limit so it cant be used to tell us if your bios is lba48 enabled..
i dont know enough about the xbit to tell you anything about it though.

the later x2 bioses will support LBA48, the latest IND bios, and the m8 bioses on hexen disk spport it as well..

I think..
and im sure some one els can correct me on this..
But xbpartitioner should tell you what level lba48 support you have..
LBA48 0 Is not going to be good enough.. so if you look in xbpartitioner and it says on the top "lba48 0" you will need a more up to date bios.
