I just downloaded the new dvd2xbox to check out the led controll they have setup.  Which turns the led orange during copying stage, then green when its done.  Or red for an error.  It would be nice to have this built in to unleash because when I go to copy a game it drives me nut to just sit there and watch the bar slowly go across the screen.  So i just watch tv, but i never know when its done copying.

Maybe even go to the extreme and let the user customize it.
Example:
  During Copying Stage:  Flash Orange
  On complete:                Green
  On Error:                      Flash Red
