Are we certain that the lockups are due to random music and not having music at all?

I personally like having random music and not having to listen to a whole soundtrack in order.  I like it to be mixed up...got everything from the halo soundtrack to Depeche Mode to AFI to Metallica to Boxelder (local)...you get the idea.  If I want to hear a whole soundtrack then I'll just put the CD in.

Anyways, I thought UX locked because of a glitch in using music and that it didn't have anything to do with random.  Is this not correct?

But if we are going to be limited to no random then I guess your idea would be the next best thing to random.
