That's odd. But I'll take a look into it. I can't promise anything though. The critical part is the startup really and after that, it's really just a repetition of everything you see.

I have the exact same problem, i think it may have something to do with the Config,it locks up when trying to change ip, also when i try change anything in settings then save,it says it saved but yet when i come back to my settings everything is set back to default.

Same here, I cannot even bring File Manager or the xbox locks up. Using latest X@ bios.
Have no issues with Ava 0.48 or Evox. Tired it with M7 bios and and with the latest 4 bios X2 revisions.

Xbox V 1
Maxtor 120
Xecuter 2.1+ Mod

Ok I think I found the problem. If I copy back all my original xbox files then it works. If I upgrade
the dash using Xbox Live 2 then no go.

Doesn't the author say in the readme/description somewhere that is uses the original xbox dash files for various tasks including playing music? if so that would explain why it froze without original files and worked when they were replaced tongue.gif

I does uses some original MSdash file, including the sound files, orb and the cell images. It should still work without them but I haven't really tested it without the files.

I'll try this configuration and empty the C drive and let me see what's going on with that. But keep in mind that it may take a while (not too long while, I hope).

Yes, that's a great idea, so, we may copy only what's needed, and with a bit of luck I still be able to use xbox live 2.0.

default.xip found in "C:\" for the first MSDash or in "C:\xboxdashdata.xxxxxxx";
mainmenu5.xip found in the same location.
sound files found in "C:\Audio"

The specific image files are cellwall.xbx, xboxlogo.xbx (standard screen) or xboxlogow.xbx for widescreen, xbox4.xbx (the Orb).

Can you try navigating to "C:\xboxdashdata.xxxxxxx", find default.xip or mainmenu5.xip, then press "A". Check if it can be opened properly. Then, try extracting those files and select them from file manager one at a time and see if ImageViewer can display it.

I wonder what's wrong with Xbox Live 2.0.

What games contain the files for XBL 2.0 so I may check them out myself? I only need those two files.
