Help Broken Trace

I broke a trace that goes from R7C9 (resistor right above the tsop) to C7C4 which then goes under the tsop. I can't seem to find where the other end goes to. Now the box turns on and off 3 times then blinks red and green. Any help would be appreciated. Thanx.
