Using Evoxnewhd

I have went and used the evoxnewHD and have got all the files needed for the HDD on there in the new XBox HDD.  So all files are there and i can see them via pc through flashfxp.  But the problem comes when i get to the fixing atributes step.  I either get the error 21 screen or it freezes on the screen where it should be fixign the attributes.  The multi colored screen.  I need some help on what to do here. Plz anyone help this poor sap.  Thanx
