There is no simple prog to do this... the easiest way IMO is to get quicktime and register it to get pro, then click export and select .avi
then when its done use STOIK Video Converter to convert to .wmv (search for it its free)

Actually your right, I messed around with the framerate and quality setting and they came out much better. So I like everything running at 60 fps, whats so wrong with that heh  laugh.gif

Register your copy ($40) and then exit and when you restart it there will be a export option in the file menu!

Do you have the latest version? 6.1? Ok heres what to do step by step:

1. Download a .mov file (xbox.ign.com is a good place to get these)

2. Open this file with quicktime.

3. Klick File>Export>then at the drop down export menu at the bottom select movie to AVI and leave everything else the same, then click save and you're done!

Thnx for your help, but something still is wrong.  I have 6.1 and when i open a vid, click export, the menu only has the filename, save as type, and export with a dropdown menu.  The save as type doesnt have any options in it, and the export dropdown only has movie and movie, self contained in it.  No .avi anywhere. Thanks in advance.

Hmmm sounds weird to me then... because that is exactly how i do it... Maybe try a uninstall then a new install? Maybe some files didn't get copied origionally for some reason?
My quicktime folder is 2,739,678 bytes see if yours is any smaller!
