Iso Auto Patching

I am just wondering does Qwix patch the xbe files automatically if you choose to make an xISO from your ftp folder?  I have a softmodded box so I need them to be patched to play my backups and this would save me some time.  If no one knows I will just try it and see if I wasted a DVD.  Thanks.
