Qwix Indentifier Error Help Needed

Hi,

I have just downloaded Quix and the Avalauch dash and I am trying to transfer some games over to my hard drive, I have the ISO files on my desktop but Qwix is telling me that the game "Jade Empire Special Edition" is showing up as having an identifier error, what does this mean and can it be fixed? there are 2 iso files so one for disk 1 and the other for disk 2.

have I got 2 dead files or is there anything that can be done?
