I'd check the network settings of avalaunch. Also check the settings in the file transfer/remote server.
Either the settings have been doubled up ( as in auto find) and static. Also make sure the dashboard settings are the same as the network settings.

Does the network connect OK?

when you have all the settings correct remember to save and reboot.
