Help With Ftp Password

i used to be able to ftp with my xbox using flashfxp.  using user-xbox pass-xbox
but now when i try to do the exact same thing it says illegal login.  how could i have changed my pass where can i find it?

Are you in Avalaunch trying to link? What chip are you using? Have you tampered with your network connection recently?

I had that problem and all i did to get around it was I put an older version of Ava on as an app and it let me FTP into it, I still cant get into the most current version it always gives me an illegal login
