I need some help ftping with avalaunch how do i change the settings???

i know how to ftp just i cant do it with avalaunch please help me out with a tut or something......

I think the white button brings up the keyboard.  The yellow button (Y) saves the changes when you are done.

It's also a common problem to have firewall issues on your PC.  Start with it disabled and then make exceptions after it works.
