Avalaunch Freezes After Ten Minutes When I Ftp

i am using flashxp and cuteftp, but whenever i ftp files to the box, after ten minutes the xbox freezes on me. it just started to occur all of a sudden.any help is greatly appreciated.

You wouldn't be FTP'ing into or over files that Avalaunch might be trying to access?

(Eg.  If you have Avalaunch playing random background music and you are FTP'ing into the music directories, or FTP'ing over the top of Avalaunch files (especially the bloody font file).
