Avalaunch Wont Load

It has been a whole two days since my xbox was modded and now all it does is sit at the boot image. Is there anything i can do to fix this or i am just screwed?

I just have Avalaunch on there and my original HDD becuase i just wanted so emu's. I deleted a few extra skins making sure to keep the one i am using then i reset it and it just stayed on the boot image.
