Shoutcast Problems

Ok the default station that is in there for shoutcast works great LIKE A CHARM but when I put new stations in there the only one that plays is the first shoutcast station.  I've copied the files first into my F:/Music drive (where the working station is) and nothing I have also copied them to the C: drive as directed when I downloaded the files.  Is there something I'm missing?
