Maybe I'm not making myself clear. Upon boot after the Flubber and Mlogo the "xmas" girl appears. I tried to search but the search is down here. I think it was a .png file but I opened all I could find and none of them are the "xmas" girl.

Where and what is the name of the boot pic?

If you download a skin it comes with a boot image, or you can take any image and name it bootimage.png and put it in the C: partition.

Ok put an image named "bootimage.png" onto c: Still have the "xmas" girl!
I also tried putting it into the "fonts" folder still no luck!

What the heck am I doing wrong?

The bootimage.png file needs to go in the main dir where you have avalunch installed. In other words, the same directory with the avalunch xml file. Example: I have avalunch installed on F. So my bootimage.png file is in the root of F:
