*help Needed* - Xbox Internet Avalaunch Probems

Hello guys,
I'm fairly new to avalaunch and modding in general.  I've got an xbox that automatically boots avalaunch dash, however, it seems as though I can't connect to the internet (i.e. specifically to the "download saved games" feature - says cant connect to xbox-saves).  My network is as follows:

XBOX ---> LAPTOP via Crossover cable
LAPTOP communicates to my DSL modem wirelessly via a wireless card, which is running through a linksys WRT54GS w/ speedbooster router (i.e. the dsl model is connected into the router).  

My question is:
I want to be able to use the internet on my computer, as well as be able to connect to those saved game sites through avalaunch which I guess has something to do with connecting my xbox to the internet.  I dont want to sacrifice using the xbox over my computer internet, so please advise.

look in the properties of the wirelessdevice in the
networkdevice folder.
the advanced tab lets  you share internet with other networks
share it with ur networkcard.
or just run internet connectionwizard.
