Ok so i hated the stupid anime chick that team ava did so i made these two files to replace them.  Also would like to see what some other people did as well

Oh - I thought I should mention that mine is in 16x9 format for my widescreen Plasma TV

This one goes with my whole skin I just made.  You can probably download it from allxboxskins tomorrow (monday) if you like it.  My 2nd skin.

all you need to do is find or make a picture and save it as bootimage.png and load that file to the directory that has your avalaunch.xbe file and avalaunch will do the rest for you

Nothing special and I know many of you are not from over here, but it was all I had on-hand to replace the babe before my wife freaked out...  plus I have ZERO graphics skills...

what size should you make the image files?

640x480
800x600
1024x768

so if i want to change a file to the boot image i just rename it to bootimage.png or somthing like that then move it to c\ ?

OK so you should make 640 X 480 and you need to put this in the SAME folder as your avalaunch.xbe file so if you have it un F:\Apps\ then put it there if you have it in c:\ then put it there
