Ok.  I just recently figured out how to FTP from PC to XBOX(i'm really new at this) and have been able to put some new skins on my evoX dash.  However, I cannot figure out how to get XBMC to work.  I thought I had changed the .xml file correctly, it even came up in internet explorer correctly.  when I transferred it, it was nowhere to be found.  I also want to try some new dashboards (avalaunch, unleash x) just to see what else is out there and what fits my style.  I guess i need help in editing files as well as the correct way to load them.  If anyone out there can help, it would be awesome.  I have posted in the XBMC forum already with no reply.  I figured this would be a good spot.  Can anyone help me, or at least show me the right direction?
