i think with dash teams, each has its own goal.  so for them to merge, they'd have to have common goals and directions in which they want to go.  unlike the chip makers, dash teams obviously dont get any profit out of this (other than merchanidise sales), so money can't motivate them to merge.  i guess just keep your fingers crossed that their paths and goals cross someday.
