Here is the deal:

I've installed Avalaunch in order to give it a try.I've started playing with the options and I hit the "backup eeprom".BOOM!!!

Now I have an Xbox with flashes red all the time.No Flubber animation,no signal to TV,nothing.

I took out the chip (X-elixis),I've read all the posts,the xbox can't boot from a CD and I'm stuck.The only solution that i could find is this : How To Recover A Locked Hard Drive Without Password (From a Dead Motherboard) (v0.1)

I have already  fried an Xbox and I am pretty good in soldering.The only drawback is that I can't find the damn chip 'cause I've lost it in little experiment that I executed.

HELP!!!
