Source And Destination File Sizes Differ After Ftp

I have just flashed my xbox with Xecutor 2 Pro to the latest Xecuter Bios (4983) and managed to get Avalaunch installed. However it wasnt straight forward and there is still an on going problem.

I use Flash FXP to transfer files and have never had any issues before, but now when I try and transfer files, the destination file is a different size to the source file and consequently does not work!

I never used to have this issue with evox.

Has anyone else come across this problem, do you know of a solution? It is bizarre to say the least.

Scrub that, it was nowt to do with the XBOX setup, but an issue with my PC. Another Application was causing me to have massive packet loss, hence the differing file size! I have since removed said application and all is resolved.
