My avalaunch wont boot now... all i get is the Blue xbox logo and thats it.. this is only after i set up sounds to Auto and ftpd some mp3s into E:\mp3 folder.
I have no Avalaunch boot disk, I have got all my other apps from #xbins but i cannot find avalaunch on there... can any1 help me out here, im afraid of getting the wrong file so i create a bad boot disk.

I have FTPD from  xbins the relevant copy of avalaunch, now do i just extract the contents and burn to disc.. ive tried that and still no joy... i tried creating an xiso and burning again that wont work.. i read that i had to rename the default.xbe to avalaunch.. ive tried that and still no joy.

I have tried cd-rs and cd-rws.. these are the only formats i can try as i dont have a dvd rw.

Oh BTW i also have a samsung drive that has read this media before.

Problem sorted.

I managed to get to the default menu where u can check settings and explore drives etc.. I deleted my cache from today and my mp3 files and then it booted fine!

No need to boot from a disc!
