XB Saves works now. I got 100% for NBA Street 2 just about 10 minutes ago. =)

i just change the video mode in 0.48.59 2 pal 60 and updated 2 0.48.60..
when i try xbmc my xbox crashed! but on .60 you cant change the video mode back
2nd prob is the msdash..errorcode 21
so i had 2 reinstall .59 change video mode and reload .60
now at pal I it works fine  

my box is a vers. 1.5 with the retail hd

i had a simaler prob with 48.55 but i got no dash booted up after i deteted the avaluanch save  i got back in and replaced the ava files with the ones i saved and still didn't boot the dash  so i thought i use my older ms dash i had saved (no live) and delete the one currently in the hdd and dump the older ava i had saved and it worked

since then, i updated to 48.59 and now shoucast doesn't even play nor the mp3 i got in the folder  

just to note on why i did deleted the save was i thought it might fix the probs i had with 48.55 with the shoutcast causing my xbox to lockup

I was running 0.48.60, and all of my games froze when I tried to boot them from the dash.  My wma's I had ripped using the m$ dash wouldn't come on when I clicked the left thumbstick.  I reverted to 0.48.4, and the games work fine...so something's wrong with the new .xbe.

Update: i updated to the latest version (48.60) and mp3 now plays but shoutcast won't  play when pressing the button but it does work fine when set to auto

a minor suggestion if it can be ever added: support for seeing discs from a pc dvd-rom. file manager sees it fine and all but i want it to be able to have ava respond with the disc option after the disc is read like with the normal xbox dvd-rom since my xbox dvd-rom is dead at the moment

Ok.. I got one very very small "bug".. just behavior bug really

When in the settings page with the IGR I got three rows, the middle one disabled due to X2 BIOS. but still when i put focus on the top line, then press down, it doesn't jump to the next enabled row, but it seems to jump to the disabled row(no focus), pressing down again ends me up on the last row.

Think behavior should be jumping directly to next ENABLED row instead..  

Not really anything big.. something to fix when u need a break from the hardstuff..

0.48.60 still has a bug in the FTP server. If you try to CD to a file, the server does not return an error. There is more information in this thread:

Yea this one I hate.  Makes it difficult to find good sc stations when everytime you try one that doesn't work the dash freezes...  Xbmp just gives you an error message and moves on...

Had the problem with 48.59 and now with 48.60.. it won't launch a DVD movie from the dashboard anymore.  When I try to lauch it, it reboots my Xbox.   Worked fine with previous versions of Avalaunch.  I'd put in a DVD, and boom, it would launch no problems.  Now not working.

Memnock, I had the same problem once and it was because I forgot to update the movieplayer path in the xml file. I use xboxdash.xbe but I believe that the avalaunch.xml file specifies a different one by default.
