Trainers Dont Show Up On Menu

the some of the trainers are enabled but there none in my main menu.loke on halo im tiny but the trainers r gone from the menu it sorry trainers.i deleted the trianers of my TRAINERS file thats in the same drive that my evox.ini is in is there anothe trainer file or something.
