After its rebooted do i need re-enable the trainers?

At the bottom of the trainer you'll see :save&exit" hit that, press B to go back to the main menu. Now all you should have to do is select whether to play the game from disk or your HDD.

That's all I do and I've never had a trainer not work. Except for the ones that where for a different region that is.
