New Skins Not Showing In Xbox Skin Directory

I have recently began messing with my xbox skins and i am fairly certain I have the coding down but I do have a problem. When I upload my new skins to my directory they are not appearing when i attempt to change them on my xbox menu. They dont even appear as an option to choose. I do know that the file is on the box as I have file explored it and they are within the directory but are not available from the xbox menu.

any thoughts?
