Making Backup Games Smaller

Can anyone recomend some good tutorials on how to downsample video, etc. to make games smaller. If I could do it on my mac that would be great but I have a pc to.

Ok I just wanted to know why are you trying to get the game smaller. Are you trying to fit it a DVD game on a Cd-r?  If I very much doubt that possible unless its a small game. You could use Rad Video tools to make the FMV well into pretty much nothing and then just watch 'em on your tv...

I'm trying to fit some games onto dvds and some other games onto cds. If the games are big I just run them of the HDD, I more or less realy just wanted to know how to do it.
