Thomson Or Philip Dvd Drive?

Which Xbox drive is the best in reading DVD+R/RW DVD-R/RW media?

all xbox drives read them fine, they only have problems with cdr's..

As said above, they all read DVD media. But the Samsung is by far the best, ive never once had trouble reading CDRs or CDRWs in my xbox, heh and i know that last part was abit off topic from the original post  :P

I have been told that philips does not like the RW though, and is fine with R.

Dont know where you were told that, ive got a DVD+ burner, reads everything ive ever burnt.
