Games Won't Load W/hd Settings Enabled

hey guys,
Just got a new HDTV, dusted off my o'l Xbox, and hooked up component cables for the first time today.

Now, Evox runs fine for me with 480p, 720p, 1080i DISABLED.

However, with component cables attached to my new HDTV, *certain* games won't launch when I have those three ENABLED. It just hangs on the dash screen and/or freezes for certain games.

I have the game region set to AUTO.  Funny thing is, if I go into MS dash and disable the HD video settings, everything boots up fine again.  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/uhh.gif)

I'm wondering if there's another setting or two I can switch to make the games launch with the progressive settings (480/720) enabled in Evox.

Any help would be appreciated!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Where are you changing this setting in Evox?

In the .ini file (main menu screen) or on the Settings menu?

If on the main menu, can you paste the contents of the .ini file?

Go into system settings in EvoX and change the game region setting from "Auto" to "Normal" I ran into the same problem when I got my DLP last week.
