sounds like you downloaded a bios

where did you get it from ?? xbins ?? if so, you want to go Xbox > Apps > Dashboards > Evolution-X > _official

there you'll find the .rar file that contains everything you need.

depends on the file size - a .bin could also be an image.  therefore you can extract it or burn it to a cd if its over 1 mb.

if its under that its most likely a bios (i.e. evox m7 or m8)
