I need to get a replacement drive for the Xbox 360 premium system I have in time for Christmas.
Sure I can find the drive and reprogram it to work in my 360 myself but I am limited on time here.
What I want from you is a new or like-new drive programmed so I can drop it into my box.
I am not looking for hacked firmware because we will probably be using Xbox Live on this box.
You tell me what I need to send you (numbers) from my box to make this happen and what it will cost me.
I could get this done on eBay but I would rather deal with people who actually know what they are doing.

I can fix it for you.  I would need your original DVD drive first.  I need to extract the key from it.  Please PM me details of what kind of drive it is and what is wrong with the drive.
