I originally had a Xodus matrix mod chip running evo x and I can't even run UnleashX as an app. It just fades to a black screen and then my xbox freezes. When I tried to make it my main dash it doesn't even boot. Now I have an X3(my matrix died) and I get the same thing just a black screen. Anyone have any ideas about what i can do?

I have tried multiple bioses too. The newest X3 bios, evolutionX M8 bios, and even the IND bios nothing seems to work.

Its a problem somewhere in your config.xml. Try running unleashx without editing it at all and see what you get.
