i have the latest version of unleashx and i have setting Widescreen in Video cause i have a 16:9 television, but the games on the HD start in 4:3.

How can i start games in 16:9?

If u are using a softmod (UDE) I have found that the settings for progressive scan do nothing. Try setting it in the MS dash if u are using a softmod.

I use a font exploit mod, whit ber&ernie reloaded.

I don't setting anything in Progressive Scan, i only setting Widescreen in Video Setting.

The MS Dash is setting with 16:9 Video.

Where is the error?

EXACTLY! Only a few games are widescreen compatible. I did a quick google.

I have only a 16:9 television... HDTV it's another world!

Halo 2 & Top Spin are compatible with 16:9 (widescreen) format, but are displayed in 4:3.

I had this problem before, solved it by switching cables back and forth (component / s-video)
Still can't get what exactly caused it, maybe it's the 480p?

Lists all known Xbox games that support 16:9 and/or progressive scan mode(s).

Interesting that most of the games with 720p support tend to be the poorer ones.

Very useful list - as I use the X2VGA adaptor, I can only use games that support at least 480p.

Hopefully get the new TV tomorrow so I can play some progressive scan widescreen goodness...

I use the original MS Scart with optical out.

Halo 2 support 16:9

but it's displayed in 4:3

I think it's a game problem, Burnout3 16:9 OK

Top Spin 4:3

But Halo2?

In the list is signed with 16:9 mark

Halo2 is 16:9 but requires you to get the "Live Update patch" in order to view it properly in 16:9 without any stretching.

For the rest of the games, I would refer to the list posted prior to determine which games are 16:9 or not as the labeleing system on the XBOX game cases are innacurate/incomplete.
