Order #14861
I orderd a chip from bmmods on June 10th, which was labeled IN STOCK and said it would ship in 24-48 hours. That's great, not in that big of a hurry, have another modded box with the first gen xecuter. A few weeks go by and I finally receive a item shipped notice on the 25th. 13 days late but ok no rush.. a week goes by and USPS still says they have not received the item from the shipper, and still to this day has not:

So on the 2nd of July I open a ticket at bmmods.info. It would have been nice if they EVER had live support, but I have honestly never seen that online, and don't think it ever is. I immediatelly receive Brian's canned response that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy for 2 minutes:
http://www.bmmods.in...a...ws&newsid=6Note the date on the link also. Looks like a lot has change in those 4 months

Over a week later and 3 responses from me in my ticket at bmmods.info and nothing but the original canned response from these guys. My ticket is EZM-717752 incase anyone can light a fire under their ass. Like I said when I submitted the ticket it would be nice if the link they sent me wasn't just a bunch of propoganda BS and they actually were honest when an item was out of stock. I think everyone can agree that one lost sale because and item is out of stock and possible return business is much better than an angry customer never to return that will also influence others. I'm currently working with BofA to reverse the fraudulent charge because I had gone through all the proper channels to resolve it. I had looked through the forums before but just now noticed the shop review sections and thought maybe there is an easier way.
This has been resolved within the support ticket (customer has no complaints):

"Some packages sent on the 26th seem to be lost. We are in the process of double checking our facilities to verify they are not misplaced there. If they are not, we will be checking with USPS. Overall, I will have a resolution come Thursday. If the package was misplaced at our shipping center, I can either have it send via USPS 2-3 Day (free upgrade) or I can offer a full refund. Please let us know what you would like done."

"I had confirmed earlier today with USPS that they indeed misplaced your package and that it would be rerouted today. You should have the package shortly, no reshipping necessary. Hopefully this is acceptable."

Yes, the order was originally shipped late, the package was lost, and now it has been rerouted by USPS as stated.
There was never any "bunch of propoganda BS" relating to the modchip actually being out of stock.. We are not selling products which we do not have in stock.. this includes backorders.
As of right now, most orders are shipping the same day. Support inquries as being handled appropriately and the live support is being utilized. Also, within the next few weeks we will no longer be using USPS 5-9 day service due to delivery issues. We will be replacing this service with USPS 2-3 Day at no extra cost which includes signature confirmation.
